You’re a busy person. We understand you’re always on the go and even when you’re relaxing at home, most people have their heads buried in their phones anyways. So, here at VIPTIX, we have an all new mobile-friendly website! We’ve taken steps to tweak the design of our mobile website to make it easier than ever to browse & buy great tickets!
If you’re on your mobile device, our home page is significantly less cluttered than before. The search bar is prominently featured for easy access and we’ve moved the browsing options of Sports Tickets, Concert Tickets, Theater Tickets, etc. to the menu button beside our logo in the top left corner.
When you press the menu button, you’ll find different ways to browse the site if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. You can now look for great tickets, by category, city, venue, or even list your tickets for sale with us!
When you finally find the event you’re looking for, the ticket listings have been streamlined a bit as well! We’ve made things easier to read and made it so more listings come up on the page. While browsing, you can tap on the listing to view any ticket notes. The section will become highlighted on our interactive seating chart (view picture above), and you can proceed to checkout. If you wanted to sit in a particular section, you can even tap on it from the seating chart to view all available options!
The checkout process goes through your order step by step and allows fast, simple, and secure checkout! Once you place an order, you’ll get an e-mail with your order number and then another once we confirm your tickets! Buying tickets on the go is easier than ever! No needless apps to download!
