Miami Brings Super Bowl Back To Glitz And Glamour!
Buffalo, NY (PRWEB) January 28, 2020
“There is a huge pent-up Super Bowl demand this year,” says Nick Giammusso, President & CEO of VIPTIX. “It’s all about Location! Location!” Location!”
Ticket prices are currently at $5,600 and up for upper levels and $6,600 and up for lower levels. Premium sideline seats are running $8,000 and up. What’s driving the market?
Super Bowl ticket prices and supply and demand…
Let’s start with Supply. “The Super Bowl will be played at Hard Rock Stadium which has a seating capacity of 65,326. In comparison, last year’s Super Bowl, which was held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, had seating for 71,000. Using simple math, supply of Super Bowl tickets will be approximately 6,000 (or 8%) less than last year’s availability,” says VIPTIX.com Founder and President Nick Giammusso.
Demand. This year’s Super Bowl demand on tickets, hotels, hospitality and airfare is way up.
Event planners and ticket and travel companies say South Florida is whipping up more demand for Super Bowl tickets and travel than usual.
Disappointing Super Bowl cities in the past two years – chilly Atlanta, and frigid Minneapolis — prompted some companies to stay home. So organizers expect pent-up demand for South Florida’s Super Bowl LIV, on top of the usual boost warm-weather host cities usually enjoy.
Though most Corporations plot out their Super Bowl spending months in advance, some wait to see who will actually be playing.
Football fans have been thirsty for someone other than the New England Patriots. The Kansas City Chiefs haven’t been to a Super Bowl in 50 years. San Francisco has a huge corporate fan base with deep pockets. Two teams that promise legions of fans that will make the trip down to South Florida.
Additional factors that will pressure supply are that the US economy is booming and International interest is at an all-time high for a Super Bowl game. Miami is familiar, and makes for an ideal location for international Fans and Corporations.
