VIPTIX is moving out of our home at 505 Main Street in downtown Buffalo.
VIPTIX President & CEO Nick Giammusso and his Giammusso Development Company took a leap-of-faith and purchased the downtown Buffalo building in 2011. Giammusso Development completed renovations that brought an old building in the underdeveloped 500 block back to life! Giammusso split the space into two highly sought after Main Street storefront units. One of the units was leased to Hatchets & Hops who have called 505 Main Street their home since September 2016. The space that VIPTIX is vacating will be filled by a Beer & Wine Arts House with an opening early in 2018.
Why is VIPTIX moving?
VIPTIX will eventually move into another investment property that Nick co-owns.
“Technology and the nature of our ticket business allow us to work from anywhere!”, said Nick Giammusso. “Our employees will work remotely until our other office space is ready for us.”
Nick Giammusso along with his cousin Bill Chiodo purchased 38 Swan Street directly across the street from the Buffalo Bisons main gate at Coca-Cola Field. The three-story building dates back to 1864 and was the home of the Steelworkers Union. Nick and his cousin have started extensive renovations to the historic building. The first-floor work is now complete and both partners have opened a Buffalo-themed sports bar and restaurant named Union Pub in the space! The second-floor will expand Union Pub and be the crown-jewel of the establishment that will feature a huge fireplace lounge that will offer beautiful views and overlook the Ellicott Square Building and Fireman’s Park. The third-floor of the building will be finished and marketed as office space and VIPTIX will be occupying a portion of that space.
VIPTIX will be taking one-step back so we can take two-steps forward by the end of 2018!
Stay tuned WNY. You will be hearing a lot more from VIPTIX in 2018. The Company has big plans for the future We just can’t say anything yet.
